Participants, family members, nominees, support coordinators and other trusted people can get in touch. We will involve the participant and respect their choices.

Some services may be accessed using NDIS funding. Contact us to discuss your circumstances and whether a service is suitable. Funding and service arrangements need to be confirmed for your individual situation.

You are welcome to involve a family member, nominee, support coordinator or someone you trust. Tell us if you need an interpreter, a different format or other communication support, and we will discuss what can be arranged.
What should I include in an enquiry?
A short introduction and a general description of the support you are looking for are enough to begin. Please do not send medical records, NDIS documents or other sensitive information through the enquiry form. If enquiring for someone else, have their permission before sharing their details.
How do I give feedback or complain?
You can speak with any team member or use our feedback page. You can also ask someone you trust to help. Raising a concern will not affect your right to respectful support.
